Fun Weekend!

Wow, I haven't blogged in a while! Oh well, time to start up again:) You'd think my first blog this semester would be about senior year, but I had a great weekend so ill blog about senior year some other time. So this weekend my family and I went to San Juan Batista! We stayed at an RV park called betabel, as soon as we finished setting up the fifth wheel we headed out to the boardwalk. We had a great time riding rides and I strained my chest playing some retarted "Strength Test" kinda game in the arcade! We visited with my aunts, uncles, and for the first time I saw my cousins newborn baby. It was a fun-filled weekend with lots of laughs, great company, and a whole lot of junk food!

Summer!!!

Woooo! Its summer! Then whys it raining? Oh well, it should stop soon:) Junior year was pretty fun. I did pretty well academically (no summer school!), and i had fun in the sports I did. Ahhhh, but its finally over. But there's not to much time to rest, summer practice starts soon (two weeks). And!!! I'm going to like 3 camps this summer!!!! First we have church camp, then cross country camp, and finally... Pilgrim camp! Its going to be a great summer to have fun and get inshape, hopefully I can get my car finished for senior year!!!

My Car

So i bought a 63 fairlane for $500 dollars from a pickup part a while back and me and my dad went to work on it. He rebuilt the engine and threw in a mild crane cam. I bought an electronic ignition for it and threw on a high performance air cleaner. We put on a 4 barrel carb and an edelbrock intake manifold along with some rebuilt heads. I've gotta admit it sounds pretty sweeet:) The cars lowered to the ground and the roof has been cut off, curtisy of the previous owner. It has a 3 speed manual tranny with a floor shift. In the future im thinking about throwing on some headers with dual exhuast and maybe some 17" rims. I think that machine will run pretty nice through the quarter mile:) That little 260 ford small block just rumbles when i run it around the house!!

2010

WOOOO!!! Happy new year!!! So its 2011, time to look back on last year:) lets see.... i started out running track then i had to take summer school then i went to camp(so much fun!). After that i started school again. Made some new friends, ran cross country, almost got SHANKED!!! and barrely passed my classes:) Yup i think it was a pretty good year

Scary Moment

So me and my oldish sis(Victoria) were driving home from my high schools homecoming game last friday. As we were crossing an overpass to get on to the freeway and mexican in a sweat suet and long hair came running in front of our car! My sister toya slowed down and locked the doors. He was like "HELP!! Those guys over there are trying to kill me!!!" and tryed to get in the back seat of our car. i was like "uhhhhhh..... no", i wasnt about to let some crazy mexican in the BACK seat of my car. We'd a probably gottin SHANKED!!!! and my sis in her panicing state was like "whata i do, whata i DO!?!?!?!?". And myself in my calm and relaxed state was like "just go, just go". So she kept driving. I wipped out my cell phone and called 911 and was like "Yo, some guy just said people are tryin to kill him.. hes wearing this... the other 2 guys were wearing this... their over here... and thats how it went down" and the lady was like "thanks we'll send an officer to check it out". So yeah that was kinda scary, i think the guy was tryin to jack our ride. Thats probably why he was on the freeway over pass, he could jack the car and get on the freeway and just drive. But it all turned out good:) and now i have a fun story to tell.

So today in math class i was talkin to the girl next to me and I think i asked her what grade she was in and she was like im a sophomore. I was like WHAT!!!! I thought you were a junior and she was like nah im like 15. And then i kinda relized that alota people in my classes are younger then me!!! that kinda made me feel super old, Its like what happened to all these years of high school already!!!!! Then i realized if there younger then me that kinda makes me a retard cause there all takin the same classes as me:( But then maybe their just smart. Ow well i guess i just gotta enjoy high school while it last

Random Contemplations

So... do you ever think about randomly random stuff for now reason at all but to maybe enjoy yourself for a few seconds? (ex. What if ants were like 4 inches long? WE WOULD ALL BE DEAD!!!!!, or just have 50 cal machine guns mounted on our roofs:) Or what if i were a ninja?) Random stuff like that. i guess the random things all of us think reflect in the things we do ever day. If your always thinking negative thoughts then you tend to be a negative person, if your always thinking happy thoughts you tend to be a happy person (and i keep on accidently bumping the mouse pad on my laptop so the mouse keeps doing random stuff, its so ANNOYING!!!!) but anyways, sometimes people even get depressed over thoughts. They let them get to them were they have trouble controlling them anymore. So what do you do then? Try listening to some uplifting music? (ex. Britt Nicole!) Talk to our friends more? I think we should do everything possible to keep our minds set on happy things that uplift us and help with our daily lives. The bible says we should have higher thoughts that are pleasing to God. Maybe everyday we should try to consider the thoughts we think and make sure there proper clean thoughts as we enjoy our Random Contemplations:)
